Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Package, you are agreeing to Tori Gray Interiors Terms and Conditions.
General
The following terms and conditions will apply between you (the Client) and Tori Gray Interiors (TGI) when you buy services from TGI. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
No contract will exist between the Client and TGI until a confirmation email is sent after payment is received.
As the Client you must provide your name, email address, phone number and postcode. The Client must also complete a design questionnaire, provide TGI with photos and measurements of the space, and provide TGI additional information about your room and project. According to the package selected the Client will also have an online chat with TGI. TGI will then provide the Client with floor plan, visualisation and shopping list of products, as well as suggestions for the space.
As the Client you confirm that all details you provide to TGI for services are accurate, up to date and complete.
By purchasing a service, the Client agrees it will be used for private or domestic use only and is not for resale.
The Client must be 18 or over to use this service.
A video call to commence the project must be booked within six months of the purchase date.
TGI reserves the right to change prices of any service at any time.
TGI does not accept liability (except as shown below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and also reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of any listed products and services without notice.
The Design
The design TGI provides is based on the measurements given by you, the Client. TGI cannot guarantee floor plan or 3D render accuracy. They are to be used for illustration purposes only. Check all measurements before you make any purchases as we cannot be held responsible.
The design TGI provides is a recommendation only. We will provide details of where to buy but cannot be held responsible for changes in price, stock issues and accuracy of this information.
The packages will include links to third party websites and applications. The Client is responsible for evaluating whether you want to access or use them. TGI are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products, or other materials on other websites or applications. The Client assumes all risk and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of them.
It is up to you, the Client, to implement the designs.
Retailer website images and descriptions are not always accurate. The actual colour may vary from the image or information may be missing or incorrect.
TGI is not responsible for the Client’s orders and deliveries with retailers.
Delivery charges are not included on the shopping list.
TGI shall not have any liability to you for any delay in the delivery of services ordered or any other matters to which the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and other similar events.
The packages will not include any unrelated finishes or fixtures unless specified e.g. paint finishes for woodwork, carpet underlay, light switches.
Wallpaper, fabric, flooring and paint prices are per item, not an estimate of the total needed. The Client is responsible for the amount needed.
The budget provided to TGI should not include the cost of any labour needed e.g. carpet fitting, decorating, electrical work.
Designs will be emailed in around 14 days of your video call.
TGI want the Client to be happy with the design first time, however if needed TGI can make tweaks to the original design, providing it remains within the initial confirmed brief.
To the best extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the services. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer, neither does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
Once the Designs have been sent to the Client, the agreement between TGI and the Client ends.
Payment
Payment needs to be received before TGI commences work.
TGI uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit and debit cards, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
TGI reserves the right to end any agreement with the Client if you fail to make payment or if you break any of the Terms and Conditions.
If the Client has bought a package but then wish to cancel, you must inform TGI by email within 48 hours of payment being made. You will be refunded within 10 working days.
If the Client has bought a package but then wish to change it, you must inform TGI by email within 48 hours of payment being made. After this date changes cannot be guaranteed as work on your design idea may have started.
TGI may offer any Client a full refund at TGI’s discretion. Please email hello@torigrayinteriors.co.uk to request a refund.
Marketing/Advertising
The Client’s design idea may be displayed on TGI’s social media and website for advertising unless otherwise stated by the Client.
If TGI use your design for advertising purposes, please note that TGI will reference the retailers used, unless otherwise stated by the Client
